Another Internet Explorer vulnerability
Another Internet Explorer vulnerability - so what’s new?
Secunia writes about another Internet Explorer vulnerability wherein an attacker can delete files from your computer.
They rate it as critical and note you should use another browser.
They also note that the vendor states that the “Drag and drop or copy and paste files” option be disabled and that you should set the Internet Explorer security level to high for the “Internet” zone.
And of course, that Microsoft has known about the vulnerability since last October…
And yet Microsoft still isn’t fixing Internet Explorer, rather, they are putting up a fence around an open barn.
