Bluetooth gets shark tooth

Bluetooth, the latest gadget rage in wireless connections for phones, laptops and PDAs, can bite back rather sharply.

Say you are in a meeting with a client talking about a hot new product in August with your Bluetooth phone in your pocket, your company plans on coming out with the product in December, but in November you are shocked by your competitor coming out with the same thing.

Little did you know that your competitor had a guy bugging your Bluetooth enabled phone and heard the whole conversation…

And Bluetooth-enabled PDAs and laptops are suckers for having any and all files copied by an attacker.
